Sichuan SKSHU Paint Co., Ltd. is located at No.35 Yangheng 4th Road, Qionglai Industrial Park, Tianfu New District, Qionglai City, Sichuan Province, and the market demand and the company's development requirements have led to Sichuan SKSHU Paint Co., Ltd. planning for the expansion project for water-based coatings, the coating production and supporting project Phase III (Stage I), and the technical transformation project of water-based adhesives. It was granted the Examination and Reply of the Environmental Protection Bureau of Qionglai on the Environmental Impact Report Form of Water-based Coatings Expansion Project of Sichuan SKSHU Paint Co., Ltd. (Qiong Huan Jian [2018] No.21) in April 2018, the Examination and Reply of the Environmental Protection Bureau of Qionglai on the Environmental Impact Report Form of Coating Production and Supporting Project Phase III (Stage I) of Sichuan SKSHU Paint Co., Ltd. (Qiong Huan Jian [2018] No.25) in May 2018, and the Examination and Reply of the Environmental Protection Bureau of Chengdu on the Environmental Impact Report of the Technical Transformation Project of Water-based Adhesive Workshops of Sichuan SKSHU Paint Co., Ltd. (Cheng Huan Ping Shen [2018] No.189) in October 2018, respectively.

We completed the construction of the main equipment, supporting and auxiliary facilities and environmental protection facilities of the above three projects in July 2019. We offer the conditions for trial production, and are ready to carry out equipment commissioning and trial production which will run from July 23, 2019 to July 23, 2020.

The relevant information is hereby disclosed to the public according to the Decision of the State Council on Amending the Regulations on the Administration of Environmental Protection upon Completion of Construction Projects (Order No.682 of the State Council), the Announcement of the Ministry of Environmental Protection on Issuing the Interim Measures for the Acceptance of Environmental Protection upon Completion of Construction Projects (Guo Huan Gui Huan Ping [2017] No.4) and the relevant requirements of environmental protection .
