Today we will introduce the third and forth types of floor coating system in 3TREES, respectively the inorganic floor coating system and functional floor coating system.

Inorganic floor paint systems mainly include emery floor coating systems and liquid hardener floor coating systems. Both are relatively mature systems with relatively lower costs and can achieve Class A flame retardancy. After the emery floor coating system is completed, a liquid hardener is usually applied on top to improve the gloss of the entire coating.
Features of emery floor coating system: low cost and extremely water-resistant. It is suitable for floors with fire protection requirements and heavy-duty wear resistance and compression resistance, such as underground garages, logistics warehouses, airports, etc.
Features of liquid hardener floor coating system: super resistant to rolling and dust-free. It is suitable for all new and old floors, especially for logistics centers, high-end stores, hardware factories and other places that are heavy-duty and prevent the penetration of chemical substances.
There are several types of functional floor paint systems. One is the high-temperature-resistant floor coating system. It is a water-based polyurethane mortar system that can withstand high and low temperatures. In addition, this material can provide food grade exposure reporting. It is suitable for food factories, slaughterhouses, central kitchens, etc.
The second is an epoxy corrosion-resistant floor coating system. The main feature is high corrosion resistance, which is suitable for places requiring high corrosion resistance, such as chemical plants and spice factories.
The third is an epoxy anti static floor coating system that we can provide quickly. It is characterized by long-lasting anti static, adjustable surface resistance, and taking into account all the properties of epoxy flooring. It can effectively eliminate the hazards of static electricity accumulation and electromagnetic interference. It is suitable for places that require high cleanliness, dust-free, and anti-static, such as: electronics, communications, microelectronics, precision instruments and other industries.
Other floor coating systems include epoxy grindstone system and epoxy colored sand self-leveling system. These two types of floors are relatively high-end, and the cost is relatively high. They are used in relatively high-end occasions and are currently the two systems with the best appearance in the floor coating industry.
Features of the epoxy grindstone system: customizable patterns and long service life. Suitable for universities, hospitals, conference rooms, hotels, churches, etc.
Features of the epoxy colored sand self-leveling system: textured decoration and short construction period. Suitable for airports, large shopping malls, exhibition halls, high-end entertainment venues, etc.
