職責(zé)描述
Job Responsibilities
1、業(yè)務(wù)開(kāi)拓,負(fù)責(zé)制定本區(qū)域銷售政策及市場(chǎng)發(fā)展計(jì)劃,按照計(jì)劃實(shí)施,開(kāi)拓市場(chǎng);了解市場(chǎng)及行業(yè)信息,對(duì)競(jìng)品信息進(jìn)行收集,制定對(duì)應(yīng)策略;負(fù)責(zé)應(yīng)收賬款的清收;
2、客戶拓展:制定客戶拜訪計(jì)劃,引入核心大客戶;通過(guò)對(duì)經(jīng)銷商跟進(jìn)項(xiàng)目的分析,幫助經(jīng)銷商制定合理的計(jì)劃并跟進(jìn)具體項(xiàng)目;
3、項(xiàng)目管理:根據(jù)區(qū)域市場(chǎng)工程項(xiàng)目建設(shè)情況,進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目走訪報(bào)備,促進(jìn)項(xiàng)目中標(biāo)落地;根據(jù)項(xiàng)目報(bào)貨進(jìn)度,對(duì)項(xiàng)目甲方、總包、施工商進(jìn)行拜訪,協(xié)助處理項(xiàng)目問(wèn)題;
4、服務(wù)管理:協(xié)助客戶進(jìn)行訂單報(bào)貨,確保產(chǎn)品及時(shí)送達(dá)工地;協(xié)助客戶及時(shí)處理客戶投訴,確??驮V問(wèn)題第一時(shí)間解決。
1.Business Development: Formulate and implement sales policies and market development plans for the designated region. Expand the market by executing these plans, gathering market and industry information, and analyzing competitive products to develop appropriate strategies. Responsible for the collection of accounts receivable.
2.Client Expansion: Develop and execute client visit plans to attract key clients. Assist distributors by analyzing their project follow-ups and helping them create and implement reasonable plans for specific projects.
3.Project Management: Conduct project visits and reporting based on the construction status of regional market projects to ensure successful project bids and implementation. Visit the project owner, general contractor, and subcontractors according to the project delivery schedule to assist in resolving project issues.
4.Service Management: Assist clients with order placements to ensure timely product delivery to construction sites. Help clients promptly handle complaints to ensure that issues are resolved immediately.
任職要求
Job Requirements
1、有海外工作經(jīng)歷,且有成功業(yè)務(wù)拓展案例經(jīng)驗(yàn);
2、英語(yǔ)或小語(yǔ)種(俄語(yǔ)、阿拉伯語(yǔ)、西班牙語(yǔ)等)聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫流利或其他語(yǔ)種可商務(wù)談判;
3、具備一定的產(chǎn)品知識(shí),具有豐富的銷售行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)和市場(chǎng)推廣能力;
4、良好的溝通與突發(fā)問(wèn)題解決能力、商務(wù)禮儀技巧、談判技巧;
5、精通招標(biāo)、投標(biāo)、報(bào)價(jià)流程及具備基本的網(wǎng)絡(luò)知識(shí);
6、工程采購(gòu)/營(yíng)銷背景,涂料行業(yè)背景銷售工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)更佳
1. Overseas work experience with a proven track record of successful business development.
2. Proficiency in English or other languages (Russian, Arabic, Spanish, etc.) for fluent communication in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, or the ability to conduct business negotiations in other languages.
3. A solid understanding of products, extensive sales industry experience, and strong market promotion skills.
4. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, business etiquette, and negotiation skills.
5. Expertise in tendering, bidding, and quotation processes, along with basic internet knowledge.
6. A background in engineering procurement/marketing, with experience in sales within the coatings industry being a plus.
